Michael Seitz
With 12 years in the concrete construction industry, Michael brings third-generation trades experience shaped by work across energy infrastructure, refinery and petrochemical facilities, transportation projects, and residential construction.
That multi-sector background informs his leadership at Seitz Concrete, where he oversees residential and commercial concrete flatwork throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. From complex large-scale projects to local homes, he leads with structured coordination, disciplined execution, and direct communication at every stage.
His focus is straightforward: deliver concrete work built with integrity, constructed for durability, and designed to endure for decades.
Karly Seitz
Concrete has defined Karly’s life from the very beginning. Raised on job sites, she watched her father build a respected concrete company completing projects nationwide, shaping her understanding of what true excellence requires.
Between riding in skid steers and snapping chalk lines, she developed an early understanding that preparation, precision, and pride are what distinguish lasting work from the ordinary.
Today, as co-owner of Seitz Concrete, Karly carries that generational foundation forward with a singular objective: elevate the standard of residential and commercial concrete through disciplined oversight and uncompromising quality. For her, concrete is more than construction—it is a reflection of values, reputation, and standards that should never be compromised.
